Shipping
- For all the purchases of ₹1000* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. All orders under 500 will be subject to a minimum shipping fee (it will be mentioned during the checkout).
- For orders ranging from ₹500-₹1000, a delivery charges of upto ₹100 will be applicable. (*Order value is determined after discounts, VAT, GST, or any other applicable costs. *)
- Orders can be shipped only to the addresses / pin code which are verified by our delivery partners.
- After receiving your order, we will ship it within 3-7 working days. However, unexpected conditions may result in delays in rare cases.
- We will provide an estimated delivery date, but it is not intended to be considered final, it is just an estimate.
- We are not responsible for delays caused due to unavoidable circumstances, such as natural calamities. If your package appears to be damaged or tampered with in any way, please refuse to accept delivery and contact us immediately at 8761992626 or care@nistylo.com, mentioning your order number. We’ll look into the matter and provide a replacement delivery as soon as we can.
- To ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we only ship through our trusted logistics and shipping partner – shiprocket. We provide fully insured shipments, which require the recipient’s signature and proof of identification.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before shipment:
To cancel an order or items that have not yet been shipped, please get in touch with our customer support at care@nistylo.com or call us on our Helpline No: +91 8761992626 ( Mon-Sat 11 AM-6:00PM ). Your order will be canceled and your money refunded to you within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request.
Cancellation post shipment:
Should you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but not yet delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on care@nistylo.com. We don’t cancel an order that we have already given to the courier service, they may still try to deliver the package. Once, you receive the order, you need to cancel the same with 24hrs and return it back to our delivery partner.
Within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item and after examining its packaging and condition, we will issue a refund. You will receive an email apprising you of the same.
Returns & Exchanges
- Each product is unique, thus there may be subtle variations from the images.
- Exchanges and returns are only accepted for legitimate reasons, such as – Order was damaged in transit or order was Incorrect. In these circumstances, you may return the order in its original packing, unworn, and undamaged condition.
- Order shipping fees are not refundable if you return a delivered order. On the other hand, if you self-ship your returns, we’ll pay you for those costs in accordance with our returns policy.
- Irrespective of the order value, delivery fee will be applied to all orders for accounts whose return behavior violates our fair usage policy.
- If the product passes our quality check, we will replace it with a new one once we receive it back.
- Sales items are not returnable.
Important points to note
- You must inform us within 24hrs of receiving your item, if you wish to return it. All you need to do is e-mail us on care@nistylo.com.
- If you wish to return a damaged or inaccurate product, sending us photographs of the product showing the damages or inaccuracies is essential. Whether the goods are approved for return is at the sole discretion of our QC Team.
Reverse Pick-Up
We will arrange for a pick-up, once our teams approve the product for return.
Dispatch
Upon receipt of the damaged/incorrect product, we will send the fresh/correct one.
*In the event that your package is damaged or lost in transit, we will not be responsible for it. Any returns not notified to us are not our responsibility.*
THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS:
- Package lost during transit.
- Recipient refuses package.
- Items that are returned after they have been used or damaged.
- Products returned because of sizing problems (Before making a purchase, carefully review the sizing recommendations.)
- Incorrect delivery address
- If there are no flaws or damage in the items delivered.
- Subtle variations in the jewelry’s color and design.
- After our courier agent made more than three unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Tips for smoother delivery of products
Our goal at NiStylo is to deliver products to our customers in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 days from the date of placing the order, depending on the delivery location. However, there are certain steps you can take to ensure your order is delivered on-time:
1. Provide the full address information, including the House Number, Floor, Street Name, Locality, and a Landmark.
2. Ensure that the City, State, Zip/Postal Code details are correct. If these details are wrong, orders may be misrouted.
3. Please verify that the phone number is accurate and reachable (ideally a mobile number). For questions pertaining to delivery, we might need to call you.
Note: Our order-processing unit ensures all parcels are perfectly boxed and wrapped with security tape before dispatch. However, prior to reaching you, it goes through a lot of processes at the courier company. We strongly advise against accepting any damaged packages because in that case, any missing items will be your responsibility.
